1. | In a small bowl, combine the refried beans, tomato sauce, chilies, cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder. |
2. | Spray an 8 inch aluminum foil round baking pan with cooking spray and place one tortilla in the pan. |
3. | Spread 1/4 of the bean mixture over the tortilla. |
4. | Place a second tortilla followed by another 1/4 of the mixture. |
5. | Sprinkle one cup of cheese over the mixture then add another tortilla. |
6. | Place another 1/4 of the mixture over the tortilla then the final tortilla. |
7. | Add the last of the bean mixture and the rest of the cheese. |
8. | Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 350° oven for 35-40 minutes or until heated through and cheese is bubbly. |
9. | Serve with sour cream, guacamole, chopped olives and tomatoes. |
