Potato Soup (Crockpot Style)


potatoes
milk
3-4Tbsp.butter
potato flakes/pearls
cheddar cheese
salt & pepper to taste
celery salt
Optional: celery, carrots, onions, etc.

1.Peel & cube potatoes.
2.Place in crockpot and cover with water.
3.Add optional items as desired.
4.Sprinkle with salt.
5.Let cook 3 hours or until potatoes are done.
6.Pour off about half of the water and fill with milk.
7.Add butter.
8.Add potato flakes until desired consistency.
9.Stir in cheese and allow it to melt.
10.Season with salt, pepper, and celery salt.
