Mad Hatter Meatballs


1 1/2lb.ground beef
2slice(s)bread — broken into pieces
1can(s)tomato soup
1can(s)chicken noodle soup
2Tbsp.butter
1egg
1/4c.milk
salt and pepper — to taste

1.In a large saucepan, melt 2 Tbsp. butter.
2.Add soups to pan.
3.Put on low heat.
4.In a medium sized bowl, mix meat, bread, egg, milk, pepper, and salt.
5.Roll into ping-pong sized balls and place in the saucepan.
6.Let cook for 45-60 minutes on medium to low heat.
7.Serve with mashed potatoes (and broccoli :) ).
