Mad Hatter Meatballs1 1/2 | lb. | ground beef | 2 | slice(s) | bread — broken into pieces | 1 | can(s) | tomato soup | 1 | can(s) | chicken noodle soup | 2 | Tbsp. | butter | 1 | | egg | 1/4 | c. | milk | | | salt and pepper — to taste |
1. | In a large saucepan, melt 2 Tbsp. butter. | 2. | Add soups to pan. | 3. | Put on low heat. | 4. | In a medium sized bowl, mix meat, bread, egg, milk, pepper, and salt. | 5. | Roll into ping-pong sized balls and place in the saucepan. | 6. | Let cook for 45-60 minutes on medium to low heat. | 7. | Serve with mashed potatoes (and broccoli :) ). | (from Natalia Judd) |
