Cheesecake1 | | Cake Mix — (Preferably white) | 3 | | Eggs | 3/4 | c. | Sour Cream | 2/3 | c. | Sugar | 1/3 | c. | Butter or Margarine — (Softened) | 2 | pk. | Cream Cheese — 8 oz. each (Softened) | 1/3 | c. | Water |
1. | Remove 1 c. of cake mix and set aside for later. | 2. | Combine ramaining mix with margerine and one (1) of the eggs. | 3. | Press mixture into the bottom of a casserole pan and bake 15-20 minutes at 350° | 4. | Mix cream cheese and sour cream until smoothe. | 5. | Add water, sugar, remaining two (2) eggs and the cake mix that was set aside. | 6. | Pour over crust and bake 31-36 minutes at 350° or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. | I really love this recipe. If you want, you can take some of the mixture, add cocoa, daub it on top then stir slightly with a knife to create a marbling effect. |
