Apple-Berry Salsa with Cinnamon Chips


2large flour tortillas
water
cinnamon-sugar mixture
2medium Granny Smith apples — peeled and chopped
1c.strawberries — hulled & chopped
1/4c.orange juice — or juice from 1 small orange
2Tbsp.brown sugar

1.Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
2.Brush tortillas with water; sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
3.Use a baking stone if you have one.
4.Cut tortillas into wedges.
5.Bake 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
6.Remove and cool.
7.Combine fruit.
8.Stir orange juice and brown sugar together.
9.Mix with fruit.
10.Serve with cinnamon chips.
