1. | Preheat oven to 475 degrees. |
2. | Brush tortillas with water; sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture. |
3. | Use a baking stone if you have one. |
4. | Cut tortillas into wedges. |
5. | Bake 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown. |
6. | Remove and cool. |
7. | Combine fruit. |
8. | Stir orange juice and brown sugar together. |
9. | Mix with fruit. |
10. | Serve with cinnamon chips. |
