1. | Combine yeast, sugar, 2 tbsp water, let sit 10 minutes to froth up. |
2. | In stand mixer combine flour, yogurt, water, oil, salt (1.5 tsp) & yeast mixture. |
3. | Mix until it is cohesive & not sticky to touch. |
4. | Let sit 1 hr. in warm oven to double in size. |
5. | Combine butter, garlic, & salt and set aside. |
6. | Section dough in 6-8 pieces & flatten. |
7. | Drop into hot oiled pan to cook a couple minutes on each side. |
8. | Brush w/ butter mixture & serve. |
