1. | In a large saucepan combine sugar and syrup. |
2. | Heat to dissolve sugar, but DON'T boil. |
3. | Add peanut butter and bring ALMOST to a boil. |
4. | Remove from heat and add rice crispies. |
5. | Pour into a 9x13" baking dish. |
6. | Melt chips together on low heat and spread on top. |
