1. | Mix zest and sugar. |
2. | Cut thawed rolls in halves and place in pan. |
3. | Pour butter or margarine over rolls. |
4. | Sprinkle half of orange sugar mixture, reserving rest for later. |
5. | Cover with plastic wrap that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. |
6. | Let rise until double in size. |
7. | Remove wrap and sprinkle remaining zest mixture over top of rolls. |
8. | Bake at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes. |
9. | Meanwhile, mix ingredients for glaze in a small saucepan. |
10. | Heat and stir until powdered sugar is fully dissolved and glaze is smooth. |
11. | Cover warm rolls with citrus glaze. |
