1. | Combine all ingredients except for the sauce ingredients. | 2. | Shape in loaf pan. | 3. | Combine brown sugar, nutmeg, catsup, and Dijon mustard. | 4. | Spread over meat. | 5. | Bake 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. |
