1. | In a shallow bowl, combine butter, garlic, garlic powder, and salt. | 2. | In another bowl combine bread crumbs, cheese, and pepper. | 3. | Dip chicken in butter mixture (or baste chicken ), then coat with crumb mixture. | 4. | Place in a 9x13" baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. | 5. | Cover and bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes or until juices run clear. | (from Naomi Stewart) |
