Noodle Shrimp Salad


1pk.shell noodles
1lb.fresh shrimp — or 2 cans canned shrimp
4celery stalks — chopped
4green onions — chopped
1 - 2c.mayo
salt & pepper

1.Cook noodles; rinse with cold water.
2.Add shrimp, celery, and onion in bowl with noodles.
3.Mix with mayonnaise and salt and pepper.
4.Refrigerate overnight.

Stays good for about 3 days.
