  • The song "Different Town" on email #99 was composed by John Linnell of They Might Be Giants. if you listen to the creators' commentary for that email, you can hear what the original song sounded like.
  • In the 100th email, all the members of Limozeen are played by Matt Chapman.
  • In E-mail #55, "Cheat Talk", Mike Chapman, rather than Matt, provides the voice of Strong Sad.
  • All of the easter eggs that appeared on the website from which these cartoons originate still work in the DVD version; there is a special method of accessing them using your DVD player remote.
  • The first 100 Strong Bad E-Mail shorts were originally released on the Homestar Runner website from August 2001 to March 16, 2004.
