Synopsis: Billy Coy comes to Carrell, a popular speedway in California. Red, Billy's late father's mechanic, hires Billy as a mechanic. Billy soon gets a job as a driver.

Reaction: Definitely Rooney's movie and the rest is okay. I suspect it connects with the viewer more if they're already a fan of racing.

Personal Rating: 6/10
