Trivia:
The film was hastily shot, edited, and released in an attempt to cash in on the success of @%Conan the Barbarian (1982)%@. When another Conan film was announced for release in 1984, director `~19225~` hastily shot the sequel, @%The Blade Master (1982)%@. Crow says "Try Clear Eyes" in a dead-pan tone when a statue's eyes bleed. This is a nod to the commercials where `~2677~` is the spokesman for Clear Eyes eye-drops, who, as is usual in any role he plays, speaks in a dead-pan. MST3K Episode 301 @#"Cave Dwellers"#@ is the sequel to Ator The Fighting Eagle. Ator was also given the RiffTrax treatment by fellow MST3K alumni Mike Nelson, `~9256~`, and `~9254~`. Crow quips "And now, you know the rest of the story". This was a catchphrase `~10544~` used on his radio show @##"The Rest Of The Story"##@.
