Salmon Puffs


2Eggs — well beaten
3/4c.Flour
1tsp.Salt
1dash(es)Pepper
1/2c.Milk
2tsp.Onion — minced
1can(s)Salmon (16 oz.) — drained and flaked

1.Combine eggs, flour, salt, pepper, milk, and onion.
2.Mix until well blended.
3.Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
4.Drop by tablespoons into a 1/2 inch of hot salad oil.
5.Fry 2-3 minutes or until brown.
6.Turn once.
7.Drain on paper towels

Makes +/- 1 dozen puffs.
