Meatball Stew


12oz.Frozen Meatballs — fully cooked (± 23 meatballs)
1jar(s)Beef Gravy — (± 11 oz.)
1can(s)Stewed Tomatoes — undrained(± 8 oz.)
3/4tsp.Thyme
1/8tsp.Pepper
1pk.Frozen Vegetables — pref. with potatoes (± 16 oz.)
3/4c.Water

1.Mix gravy, tomatoes, water, thyme and pepper in sauce pan.
2.Bring to a boil.
3.Stir in the meatballs and vegetables.
4.Reduce the heat.
5.Let simmer 10-15 minutes until balls are cooked through, stirring occasionally.

You can do this in a crock pot as well. You only really need to leave it on long enough to heat up the broth and melt the meatballs.
