Judd Clam DIp


2pk.cream cheese
1/2c.sour cream
1can(s)minced/chopped clams — (don't drain the juice ahead of time)
2tsp.lemon juice
1pinch(es)white pepper
1tsp.Worcestershire sauce
dill

1.In a medium sized mixing bowl, let the cream cheese settle to room temperature (or warm for 30 seconds in the microwave).
2.Add sour cream.
3.Use fork and beat 'till smooth.
4.Add about half of juice from the can of clams and mix together.
5.Add lemon juice, pepper and Worcestershire sauce -- mix.
6.Add clams without leftover juice -- mix.
7.For creamier dip, add rest of juice.
8.Mix in a couple of shakes of dill, then sprinkle more on top for decorative purposes.
9.Chill before serving.
