German Pancakes6 | | eggs | 1 | c. | flour | 1 | c. | milk | 1/2 | tsp. | salt | 4 - 6 | Tbsp. | butter |
1. | Heat butter in large cake pan in oven (just until melted). | 2. | In a blender, blend eggs, milk, flour, and salt. | 3. | Pour pancake mix to hot butter in a cake pan (do not stir in the butter--let it mix on its own). | 4. | Bake at 450 for 10 - 15 minutes or 20 minutes at 350, or until golden brown and large peaks have formed. | (from Whitney BIlls) |
